production technology--ingredient calculation
(1) Based on the calculation, 100kg of cooked molybdenum ore is called a batch of material.
(2) Ripe molybdenum ore contains 52% Mo, and the ferromolybdenum alloy produced contains 60% Mo.
(3) Ferrosilicon powder contains Si76%, Al2%, and Fe21%.
(4) The Fe3O4 content in the iron scale is 95%.
(5) Steel scraps contain Fe98%.
(6) According to the technical conditions of the charge, it is determined that 20kg of iron scale, 3kg of saltpeter, 2kg of fluorite and 6kg of aluminum particles containing 99% Al are added to each batch of charge.
(7) Molybdenum exists as MoO3 in cooked molybdenum ore and is 100% reduced. The reduction of other oxides is not considered.
(8) 30% of the iron in the iron scale enters the alloy, and 70% enters the slag in the form of FeO.
(9) Saltpeter contains 99% NaNO3.
(10) The calorific value of the charge is not less than 2300kJ/kg.
